Foto: archivOn Thursday, 5 November, the Moravian Museum in Brno opened an exhibition of Asian puppets from the collection of Helga Brehme, puppeteer and director of the Theater am Faden, Stuttgart.
There are shadow puppets from Indonesia, India and China, Indonesian rod puppets both three-dimensional and flat, unique bunraku puppets from Japan, Chinese hand puppets and large marionettes from Burma. The exhibition is open until 30 July 2016.
